Call routing and third parties
If a Ringba tracking number is configured and enabled in a future deployment, call metadata and information shared during a call may be processed by the call-tracking platform and the independent provider receiving the inquiry. Before launch, the operator should publish an accurate notice describing the actual tracking, analytics, consent, retention, and sharing settings in use.
External providers
Independent service providers have their own privacy practices. Ask them how they handle your information before sharing anything beyond what is necessary to assess the service request.
Updates
